For the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and oil & gas regulator, we reviewed and drafted upstream and downstream gas regulations, covering purpose of the regulations, definitions, development (exploration and production), gas flaring, pipelines (transportation and distribution), powers of the Minister (particularly relating to downstream), facilities, LNG, CNG; and we reported on technical gas regulations in a selection of other countries.
