Electricity generation and distribution, strategy development. The project provided a detailed study into the European experience of the restructuring of state owned energy enterprises and the preparation of a strategic roadmap for the restructuring of two Turkish energy SEEs, the Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEDAŞ) and Electricity Generation Company (EÜAŞ). We provided a detailed comprehensive research and analysis into European energy restructuring, and we advised the two corporations on their own strategic repositioning and development.
